Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
Silverbrooke has covered, reserved parking for residents as well as detached garages.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Sunday-Thursday only. They start collecting around 7PM. Please bring your bin back inside after they collect or the next day by 9AM..
Where is the dog park?
The dog park is located in the South West corner of our community near the covered playground. Specifically near building 3 and 18.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
There are designated areas for guest parking along certain areas of the fence line. You will see GUEST PARKING signage on those areas.
What are your community’s pool hours?
10AM–10PM
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes, they get a pool pass at move in.
What are your fitness center hours?
24 hours. Residents receive an access code for the gym after move in, and the leasing office is here to assist with any questions you have about accessing or using the gym at our community.

Where are the grills and what type are they?
At pool. Propane.
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?
The community provides Xfinity WiFi with speeds up to 1000 Mbps (1 Gig) for both upload and download. If you experience any issues with your internet connection, please contact our office at 281-499-1163.
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
They receive their first water bill about two months after moving in, and it’s paid along with the rent. Electricity service is set up independently, and they’re free to choose any provider.
